Corrugated boxes - The most recycled product

The role of corrugated box is something enormous; generally speaking it is often used while moving to a new location and for transportation by air to minimize the cargo weight.  

Encompassing the fluted interior layer intervened between the layers of linerboard; corrugated containers have high resistance to damage. There are certain elements that make them ideal for shipment packaging and for relocation purposes they are: its resistance to break from vibration and drops along with the light weight factor is what makes them strong enough to use it for any purpose. The demand for corrugated packaging products are also high and its recycling rate has doubled.  The disposal rate has also decreased considerably.

How Corrugated boxes were Recycled?

• Old Corrugated Containers are collected, sort, bundled and shipped to the paper mills and a Pulp is formed to make them fiber slurry.
• Impurity Removal: a string in the repulper draws contaminants to stick on it where remaining pulp is sent to other equipment, where impurities are forced to the bottom.

When compared to other packaging solutions out there that is known to people counting plastic containers and metal containers, recycling of corrugated boxes are much easier and cheaper.
